- Full Unit Replacement - Non-MFP Small Printer, PC, Laptop, POS Register, POS Printer
- Install, Test and Operate Basic Operating System Software
- POS Register and POS Printer Component Level Repair
- Laptop, Desktop Component Level Repair
- Basic Printer and Basic Laser (non MFP) Component Level Repair
- Scripted Image, Patches, and Anti-Virus Loads
- Basic Software Configuration and System Backups
- Smart Hands, executes defined OEM instructions
- High End MFP Printer Replacement and Scripted Configuration
- Wireless Access Whole Unit Replacement
- Basic Cable Troubleshooting
- Smart Hands, executes defined Networking instructions
- Scripted IMAC and IMACD
- Scanner/Scale Calibrations
- Ability to handle Warranty Certification Calls
