Are you a Marketing Consultant looking for a great contract opportunity? Are you knowledgeable about insurance online marketing programs? If so, this could be just the opportunity you have been waiting for! Currently, we are seeking a Online sales and Marketing professional to join our team of professionals. Selected individual will be responsible for Program, project and campaigns supporting the acquisition of Insurance products. This role is an individual contributor role that reports into the Insurance Sales and Marketing Team Manager.
This role is focused solely on using and optimizing the marketing levers that impact sales and revenue for Insurance products. The individual partners with the Insurance line of business team to understand the marketing strategy and overall plan. The Insurance Marketing Consultant is responsible for initiating, defining, and managing the detailed marketing campaigns across channels such as online media (in partnership with the LOB teams), inbound marketing (public site and online banking), email, leads, and integration with direct mail/offline programs. This role partners with several other teams to launch and manage online marketing campaigns including:
Areas of Focus
Develop and Manage Detailed Marketing Plans, Programs, and Campaigns
Leverage the marketing strategy developed by the Sales and Marketing Manager (which includes customer segments, customer needs, product(s) to address the needs, and value propositions) to develop the detailed supporting programs to address these segment needs. Defining and maintaining the following for each campaign:
Position Requirements
The successful candidate will have 6-8+ years of sales and marketing experience with demonstrated leadership and management at a senior level. More specifically, the successful candidate will have expertise in the following areas.
BA or equivalent is required; MBA is strongly preferred.
8+ years experience with consumer direct sales management and database marketing experience
5+ years in Internet marketing is strongly preferred
Financial services experience and insurance product experience strongly preferred
Extensive experience defining and executing direct marketing strategies
Experience creating and implementing integrated direct marketing programs
Strong strategic skills and highly analytical; utilizing and interpreting data and analytics
Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage complex projects across a matrixed environment Strong partner relationship management, influencing, collaboration, and negotiating skills with senior business managers to create and manage strong relationships, gain commitment and accomplish shared goals.
