Web Access Management
The candidate should have basic understanding of Access Management concepts like Authentications, Authorizations etc., Ability to install and configure AM products, Good understanding of the Web Servers and the Web AgentsTool Specific
- minimum one year experience in Access Management.Should have installed and configured at least one AM product like - Siteminder,RSA etc Experience Range: 1-3
J2EE
Should be able to write programs independently.
Good at advanced JE concepts such as Distributed transactional computing, n-tier J2EE architecture, Distributed multitier applications, Java 2 platform, JE components, Container services, Container types, JE Servers and Containers & Application deployment architecture.
Knowledge in JE APIs such as EJB, JMS, Security,Transaction, JNDI, Connector & WebServices.
Good understanding of JEpackaging, Common J2EE design patterns, J2EE life cycle and roles.
Should know how to use the inbuilt classes like Validator class andhow to separate the view from model and controller in JE architecture.
Should have good knowledge of build Scripting and build tools like ANT.
JE includes technologies like HTML, Javascript, JDBC, JSP, Servlets,Struts, XML, EJB.
Should know how to write and execute unit test cases.
Solution Architecture
-Ability to take the functional and non-functional requirements and propose solutions that will be able to meet the requirements. Ability to contast the design options benefits and provide recommendations.
-Identify the design areas and the integration point between these areas (at least few of the design areas). Effectively track the integration points in the design to ensure there are no omissions.
-Work with the design team to realize the architecture by providing suggestions on design options. -Review and validate the design decisions taken by the design teams.
-Work with client architecture teams in defining overall solution architecture - procure the enterprise standards that need to be followed - validate the non-functional requirements, present the architecture and design to necessary stake holders as required.
-Strong experience with common SDLC methods (RUP, Velociq)
-Must have worked at least one complex architecture involving multiple technologies.
Identity and Access Management
-Should have experience in Design and implementation in various Directory Servers like SunOne, Novell eDrectory, AD, Oracle Internet Directory, Tivoli Directory server etc.
-Should have very good communication skills tounderstand the problem areas of clients, articulate various solution options in meeting the client requirements
-Should be able to work market facing team,offshore solution team, and practice leads to address various clients needs -Should be able to work independently on techno-commercial proposals
-Should be able to conceptulize solutions and define solution implementation approaches
-Should have very good understanding on regulatory and compliance requirements
-Should be able to work market facing teams and solution teams
-Shouldprovide guidance to solution team wherever necessary
-Responsible for leading the service lines in the above said security domains and growing the practice in terms of revenue.
-Experince in converitng high level solutions to product level solutions upto the lowest possible level in infrastructure (hardware, OS, database, application, load balancing, etc)
-Designing high availability solution.Good in customer communication and negotiation -Abilility to demonstrate product features, capabilities and running proof of concepts
-Proven experience in multi instance or multi site deployments of the products/applications
-Experienced in large scale integrations of tool with various applications and platforms over a high end network infrastructure
-Multiproduct certifications
