Description
We are resourcing for a London based Message Broker development lead to work on a 6 month contract providing skills to a Financial Services client looking to replace a Legacy clearing and settlement system with a green field IBM based system.
Main duties:
- Provide Technical Leadership to a team of 3-5 Message Broker developers.
- Liaise with client to define work packages.
- Facilitate, manage and maintain effective communication across teams and third parties.
Skills Required:
Essential:
- Message Broker implementation experience (Message Broker 7 & ESQL)
- Experience of developing high traffic critical systems.
- Technical leadership experience.
- Experience of working with near shore development teams.
Soft skills:
- Experience of working with end-users/clients (not just in-house teams).
- Strong communication skills.
