For our customer we are looking for a solution architect within the following areas:Management Desktop
- Ability to bring technical knowledge & experience of running windows 7 desktop in a large scale organization
- SCM experience utilizing OCD and application delivery
- Quality check and SCCM implementation and configuration associated with a significant diversified hardware driver set
- Demonstrate the ability to view the delivery of a windows 7 desktop' from a users perspective and how the end user receives the service
- To be able to work with a closely knit team to develop processes and procedures for the daily operation of a Windows 7 desktop including interfaces with the related operation teams.
- Working with the existing teams be able to identify service improvements and follow through with the implementation of associated changes.
Unified Communications
- Have experience of consolidating multiple technologies into a unified communications strategy, within a Microsoft focused environment
- Implementation of the change over to a single technology for instant messaging, sharing, voice & video.
- Demonstrate the challenges associated with a UC strategy and methods associated with overcoming these challenges, including technical/architectural/business requirements.
