Investor Sales Representative - Investor Relations Support - Banking- Account Management - Contract - City of London - up to £200 per day
Hudson IT & Banking are recruiting for an investors sales representative to work a multinational financial services client located in the City. The role is working for a smaller arm of a financial client. Ideally looking for a sales representative with strong account management experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to all queries from both internal and external clients, their financial advisers and the retail sales teams.
Key Skills;
Recent client service experience, specifically telephony and written communications, within the financial services industry is essential
Anti-money laundering and on-boarding processes on offshore products
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
The ideal candidate should:
Exhibit a client-focused attitude and be dedicated to offering the highest level of client service
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
Possess a high standard of verbal and written communication
Illustrate strong organisational skills and be able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines, escalating where appropriate
Exhibit an investigative nature and show willing to go the extra mile
It is not essential that the candidate is from a financial services background however it is beneficial.
