Spring IT have a vacancy to join a FTSE 1 City based client - We are currently recruiting for a leading for an established Service Manager/Capacity & Availability Manager to join

Duration: 6 months initially
Location: London
Sector - FINANCIAL SERVICES

Skills Expected:

- Good knowledge of ITIL V3 essential and related foundation level qualifications desirable
- Experience of having produced Availability and Capacity Management related policies and supporting process and procedures
- Previously created IT Service Continuity Management policies and supporting processes and procedures
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytic and problem solving skills
- Experience of working with users, customers and suppliers

The Role:

This role is responsible for IT Availability and Capacity Management. Additionally there is a requirement to play a supporting role in the introduction and evolving of IT Service Continuity Management policies, processes, procedures and related operational documentation for existing and new IT Services. The role must work in collaboration with counterparts in our internal infrastructure and their Availability and Capacity team(s). In addition, liaison with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery team(s) across other Prudential business units.
