My London based service provider client is looking to hire an experienced CCNP qualified Network Architect to join their Networking team in London. The successful Candidate will likely have Cisco Nexus 5500 series, Secure LAN and Firewall design and implementation skills, and has very good communication skills as it will be client based.The responsibility will involve both pre- and post sales tasks: the complete sales cycle from supporting the business development manager in the first meeting, to subsequent documentation and demonstrations through to installation and configuration of the final solution. You will also be assisting in the architecture of internal systems to support future business strategies and on-going professional services to meet customer requirements.
Essential skills - Network Architect - Cisco Nexus 5500, Juniper, CCNP, CiscoASA - London
- Secure LAN and Firewall configurations including design and implementation skills.
- Proven understanding of server virtualisation and network integration with VMware and Citrix
- Knowledge of a complete sales cycle and what is required by individuals
- Design and implementation experience of Cisco Nexus 5500 series
- Design and deployment of cloud/multi-tenancy environments
- Proven certifications in Cisco and Juniper;
- CCNP qualified
Desirable skills - Network Architect - Cisco Nexus 5500, Juniper, CCNP, CiscoASA - London
- Experience of network and application monitoring products. Examples being Packet Trap, the Quest portfolio, NimSoft and VisionCore. Experience of similar products required.
- Design, Implementation and working knowledge of Citrix NetScaler
- Experience of integrating with Cisco UCS
- VoIP experience
