My client, a heavily unionised distribution organisation based in Northampton has an immediate requirement for an experienced interim HR Advisor to join their team on a 4 month contract.
This is a hands on role which requires a strong and flexible HR generalist to support and run with a wide variety of HR activities across the business.
Key areas of responsibility of the Interim HR Advisor:
- Discipline & Grievances
- Absence Management
- Union Negotiations
- Various Employee Relations casework
- Performance Management
- Recruitment & Selection
As the ideal candidate, you will be CIPD qualified, have experience working within a unionised environment and have demonstrable experience in the above accountabilities.
The role requires multi-site travel both local and national and therefore you must hold a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
