Interim Learning & Development Consultant-E-learning Focus
Walsall
Fixed Term Contract - 3 months
Up to £30k pro rata

Providing excellent customer service and being experts in their field, my client is one of the most trusted brands in the UK. They are further expanding their business potential and now looking to recruit an experienced Learning & Development consultant to join their team.

Key Accountabilities:
Design and produce E-learning solutions and L&D solutions that support the business plan, demonstrate the values of the business and build capability
Support and promote the process for ensuring development plans are in place for all colleagues
Provide expert guidance on non-technical learning and development
Review learning information and scripts and develop computer based training (CBT) modules
Evaluate E-learning solutions and continuously improve design and delivery in line with the direction of the business

Key Skills and Experience:
Confident and proven experience in delivering skills and leadership training and coaching to both individuals and groups
Highly capable in developing eLearning material using a rapid authoring tool (Mohive experience is desirable, not essential)
Possesses the ability to scope, design and build all types of learning solutions, including eLearning materials working with subject matter experts where required, in the business
Proven experience in developing and maintaining a structure and catalogue on a learning management system
Flexible to deliver ad hoc training needs when required
