SAP Project Manager

The goal is to replace the local ERP solutions at the European manufacturing sites, by 1 global instance, which is already used by the European pharmaceutical manufacturing sites. In addition, a global planning and scheduling system (integrated with SAP) will be deployed to those 3 sites. In addition, a new manufacturing execution system is implemented in this site.
The project is in the phase of rolling out an upgrade of the MES Application. The person our client is looking for should act as a support person for the project manager to provide support with different activities since the PM has in addition to the project manager role for the software upgrade still other responsibilities in the master data organization. The candidate we are looking for should be able to work independently with limited support to offload some of the time-consuming activities from the PM.
Primary Tasks and responsibilities
The candidate will aid in providing support in the software upgrade project and with master data activities under guidance & direction by the PM.
There are two areas in which the candidate will provide support:
* Support Master Data: Support with data analysis & impact assessment, update deliverables (SOP's, Work Instructions, Forms)
* Support MES Upgrade project: Project Status updates, Adjust project plans & Deliverables planning, support change Management activities (Comm Pack, Trainings), adjust formal deliverables, help follow-up/chasing that deliverables are delivered on time.
Technical profile requirements
* Experience with SAP projects so that the candidate can make data extractions out of the system, make data links between tables, understands material master
* Experience with software project (including testing)
* Experience with Mercury Quality Center
* Datacenter Project Management

* Excellent interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills

* Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
* Flexible and capable of working with minimal direction and tight time schedule

* Experience in working in a regulated environment (pharma) is a plus

* Candidate must have several years of relevant working experience because of the diversity of the tasks, short timeframe for execution and being able to work independently.
