Our client seeks an experienced consultant with a Financial Services background and Consumer Credit who is capable of improving finance and operational efficiencies and designing target operating models. You will have the ability to bridge the gap between strategy and implementation and provide new insights and competitive advantages to mature business models.

The Consultant will have experience of improving the alignment between business processes and information technology and will act as a change agent to implement and manage better practices across the organisation through the proactive identification of IT-enabled business process improvement opportunities.

You will work with key business stakeholders to improve key business processes, identify processes for improvement, document existing processes, identify and analyse gaps between current processes ( as-is') and the desired state ( to-be'), design new processes, develop process performance measures and plan the transition to a new process. You will provide counsel and leadership on future use of technology and business process improvements, input to and support for the planning and prioritisation of process improvement in the business, integrating that plan with the IS delivery framework and actively resolve day-to-day technology needs of the business unit with a focus on the analysis of processes.

Candidates will have strong stakeholder management and communications skills, exposure to strategic planning, tactical execution, process management and business systems requirements definition in varied technical and business environments.
