SAP CRM Level 3 Support Consultant
Our Global client is looking for a SAP CRM Consultant with at least 2 years experience.
Project Type/Duties:
Support project. Provide daily support to end users in SAP CRM module. Provide guiding and advising in solving complex problems within the system functionality. Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement projects/enhancements as per business request aligned with client strategy and under client IT guide for CRM areas. Team working including interaction with Security, Basis & ABAP teams
Soft Skills:
Client oriented, good attitude, self-supervising, quick learner, problem solving orientation, sense of urgency, willingness to participate in support project dynamic
SAP Module Experience:
SAP CRM (Marketing, Funds/Channel Management, Service, Global Customer Care). SAP SD (Opportunity Management, Quotation Management, Order Management)
