Role: Customer Side of Change Analyst
Skills: CSOC Analyst - Impact Assessment - Customer Communications
Overview:
Our client, a major UK retail bank, require the services of a Customer Side of Change Analyst to look at the customer impact and support the development of relevant communications to inform customers of any impacts.
Core duties of the role:
Supporting the Project Manager in the following activities:-
- Detail and document the CSOC impacts
- Define and document the customer treatment strategies
- Map the consolidated CSOC impacts of change for all BAM initiatives
- Feed into and critique the Customer communications
- Support the PSOC/Communications work streams identifying interdependencies CSOC - PSOC
- Reporting progress
- CSOC stakeholder Management
Core skills and experience required:
- Must be experienced in customer Side of change and Communications and Marketing campaigns
- Able to meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication skills - written and oral.
- Some Marketing experience or experience of implementing Marketing campaigns would be helpful.
