Role: Customer Side of Change Analyst

Overview:

Our client, a major UK retail bank, require the services of a Customer Side of Change Analyst to look at the customer impact and support the development of relevant communications to inform customers of any impacts.

Core duties of the role:

Supporting the Project Manager in the following activities:-

  • Detail and document the CSOC impacts
  • Define and document the customer treatment strategies
  • Map the consolidated CSOC impacts of change for all BAM initiatives
  • Feed into and critique the Customer communications
  • Support the PSOC/Communications work streams identifying interdependencies CSOC - PSOC
  • Reporting progress
  • CSOC stakeholder Management

Core skills and experience required:

  • Must be experienced in customer Side of change and Communications and Marketing campaigns
  • Able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication skills - written and oral.
  • Some Marketing experience or experience of implementing Marketing campaigns would be helpful.
