Description
We are currently looking for a Customer Side of Change Analyst for an initial 12 month contract based in Bristol.
This is a niche role involving a number of overlapping skills, the successful applicant will possess the following;
- Track record in Financial Services.
- Strong Customer focus.
- Strong Change management.
- Background or good knowledge and understanding of Marketing and Communications including Campaigns.
- Views and accounts for the customer as the heart of change in large Programmes.
- Knowledge of Customer Treatment strategies.
Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills and able to liaise effectively with stakeholders across the programme.
