Description
Background: My client a banking organisation in Prague is developing applications in the risk management project area.
They are seeking a C++ developer to join a strategic risk management project. Their IT project team, located in Prague, has already started designing and developing a Real Time system for clearing house risk management. The system runs on Linux, utilizes GPUs for massive parallel computations and will be written mainly in C++, but Python and Java will also be used.
Tasks:
- technical design, coding, unit testing and support
Skills:
- C++;
- Experience with MySQL in high-availability systems;
- development and Scripting under Unix/Linux;
- Critical thinking, the ability to identify problems and propose solutions;
- Experience with Agile development (Scrum in particular) is a plus;
- An interest or background in financial markets, derivatives or cash trading will be appreciated
- Language: English
Experience in Banking or the financial sector is essential.
