With rapid growth in the online holidays marketplace, our client needs an experienced Online CRM Manager on a 6-month contract basis. You will be tasked with maximising the lifetime value of customers through regular retention communications with the intention of driving conversion. This is a key role to the business, and is responsible for managing all CRM sales & retention communications. This position owns the email programmes, manages the insight newsletter and is responsible for the contact strategy and campaign implementation. This position also manages the integrity of the database. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, this is vital, and will be experienced in copywriting.
