Senior Intranet consultant (FXXX)
Level: senior consultant

Area of work: Intranet project
Responsibilities:
Leading the plan, study and realisation fazes of the Intranet part of the NMBS
Enterprise Portal.
Working with key stakeholders, HR, Internal communication and the change management team to define NMBS Intranet organisation, structure and strategy.
Get specific NMBS Intranet requirements during study and interview fazes (as-is/to-be)
Define the information architecture of the new Intranet serving the different NMBS Directions and departments.
Collaboration with ECM team for alignment with content management information structure and document flow concepts
Define 'Enterprise 2.0' strategy for NMBS
Setup of the Intranet authoring organization (content flows)
Define requirements for implementation of the Intranet
Follow-up Intranet project implementation until Go-Live and roll-out faze
Alignment with Portal team for feasibility and realisation
SAP specific knowledge:
Experience with SAP Portal is an advantage
Knowledge of SAP Business suite is an advantage (ERP, HR, CRM, )
Required functional/technical knowledge:
Integration of Document management systems into Intranet Portal environment
Relevant experience (references) of large Intranet and/or enterprise Portal projects
Graphical and usability skills
Knowledge of CMS & WebCMS technologies like LiveLink, SiteCore and Reddot
Other requirements:
Team player
Excellent communication skills at all levels
