1. Project
With more than 7000 users of SAP in total, SAP tools play a key role in running the business.- All SAP tools are used worldwide: same worldwide model, 24h per day, follow the Sun
- Two SAP tools have a transverse impact: GRC, to manage authorization and enrolment, and must ensure compliance of the SAP users to SOX rules, and Solution Manager, the SAP tool where all business processes are recorded, which will be used in the future for Business Process Monitoring, Automatic Testing, etc
- ITSM, the corporate tool is used for managing evolutions of application
About 1150 business processes are defined in Solution Manager. Execution of about 470 business processes is done automatically using eCATT

- Mission based in Brussels
- Ready to occasionally work on week-end
- Ready to travel occasionally if needed for short term missions
Scope
SAP:
The domain Architecture & Integration is responsible for the consistency of the SAP Systems. It manages GRC, Solution Manager and the tool, ITSM, which is used to manage SAP systems evolutions:
Mission:
Manage Solution Manager:
Expand its use to better serve the needs of the business, and of DSI Business Systems. Deploy corrections and enhancement pack, propose the deployment of new solutions such as Business Process Monitoring or Automatic Testing or any other functionality of interest.
Contribution to retain internal knowledge: writing technical documentation, sharing experience with the team
Work closely with US team to identify synergistic opportunities and share experience
Regular Reporting to the Domain or Activity Leader
