The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for documenting requirements, going through RFI selection and consolidation the business requirements for the business as it relates to the Legislation. You will be in charge of developing regulatory requirements and preparing key project documents, running workshops amongst other projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements
- Gather, analyse, document, design and improve business processes
- Organise and facilitate workshops and interviews with business stakeholders
- Ability to switch between tasks
- Ability to think strategically and ability to conceptualise
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and meeting of SLAs.
- Work effectively with other BA's to share experience as appropriate
- 5 years+ experience as a Business Analyst gained within Banking/Financial Services industry
- Previous compliance, regulatory and risk experience would be highly desirable
- Previous experience working with product accounting systems (Cache, Murex, Midanz, DLD, FX Online)
- Experience in Business Process Mapping and Requirements Definition
- Experience in writing and/or assisting in the creation of Functional Specifications
- Must have a high standard of written and verbal communication
