Contract rate: $38 per hour

Position Description: Provides technical training and curriculum development for the organization.
Conducts training programs.
Writes course materials and develops training plans.
Works with management to determine training goals.
Very experienced in MS Office products.
Experience Level: 3-6 Years
Skill Set: Instructional design; needs assessment and analysis; curriculum development; formative, summative and program evaluation; standup training; and technical writing.
Experience Requirements: 2-5 years experience in training systems health care experience preferred

Educational Requirements: BA preferred or equivalent experience
Resources will be going to different pharmacies to train pharmacy staff on the new system.
Daily travel, must be able to travel both CA and outside of CA.
Initially, resources will be going though training. Once trained and the system is rolled out, resources will be travelling.
Travel will require air travel, and by car. Auto travel will be with the resources own transportation. Reimbursement will be provided.
Hours: varied, resources have to be available 7 days a week, holidays, evenings, day shift, etc. Shifts will be rotating as well
