Description
Key responsibilities:
- Support business applications in line with agreed responsibilities
- Control and manage operational delivery activities to meet business needs
- Prioritise and manage workload effectively
- Promote and deliver business process improvement and efficiency
- Management and maintenance of core business systems, applications and data
- Analyse, plan, coordinate and monitor data migration activities
- Co-ordinate client on boarding, integration and data transfers
- Accuracy of data across all business applications
- Identify, promote and deliver standardisation and continuous improvement across systems, application and processes
- Contribute to the development of business MIS strategies and solutions
- Ensure MIS objectives are met
- Delivery of applications and systems to standards agreed with the business
- Develop detailed understanding of key business processes and contributing to development of reference guides
- Coordinate business user acceptance activity and execution for all MIS applications
- Establish controls and work with team to develop and implement written procedures and training programs for operating environments
- Provide support with application upgrades and projects as required. Note: this support may fall outside of standard working hours to accommodate the required availability of applications to clients and users
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, codes and standards;
Key requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Proficient in data manipulation, mapping and cleansing
- Experience in document management systems TRIM and/or WorkSite highly regarded
- Experience with Computron, MYOB, SOL6 or Quicken
- Strong exposure to CMS
- Strong demonstrated experience in end to end delivery of business system and applications.
- Strong demonstrated knowledge and experience in software applications.
