We are currently looking for an experienced Business Change Project Managers to join our Practice Pool and work onsite for our Client, a large, global insurance and pensions company.

Skills/Experience:

- Ideally experience of working on a similar large-scale mailing Project (circ 1.5-3.5m packs over 6 week period).
- Demonstrated ability to proactively push for clarity on scope and requirements.
- Experience working very closely with outsource partners to ensure the required data extracts are up to the right quality and requirement and that the new and existing call centre(s) and Back Office areas are able to deal with the volume of enquiries.
- Strong stake holder management skills

Duties:

- Management of work packages and resource requirements
- Detailed tracking of tasks and deliverables on the level 2 project plans and regular updates to Programme Manager and Programme Director
- Accountability for stakeholder management of UK Comms Steering Committee group who sign off deliverables within this w/s
- Mitigation of project-level risks (and escalation of high impact/high probability to overall Programme Manager)
- Escalation of critical issues to the Programme Manager as necessary, recognising that the team (including the Programme Manager) is based internationally
- Submission of Change Requests (CR) where new requirements are identified and coordination of CR impact assessments
- Provision of workstream status reports (to the Programme Office), and regular reporting to the Programme stakeholders, including Boards and Committees
- Develop waiver MI documentation and related proposals for the Regulators, and ensure all internal governance is suitably completed before these are sent externally
- Lead the development of the IT solution
- Develop all associated external comms, which includes but is not limited to policyholder comms and literature, trustee comms and advisor comms for the UK, including the CEO letter, Q&As, website announcements and brochure artwork, etc
- Evaluation and selection of the call centre and setting up supporting processes including training, scripts, Q&As whilst ensuring that the quality standards are achieved etc
- Work closely with the international comms team and the group-wide comms team to ensure all messages are aligned and consistent
- Responsibility for the w/s expenditure against the budget and monthly reporting
- Liaise with similar other programmes within the company, to ensure there are economies of scale
- Liaise closely with other w/s' to ensure a good understanding of the overall programme to achieve consistency across the programme and in particular that w/s dependencies are robustly understood and managed
- Flexibility on working hours due to the programme working across different time-zones (requiring attendance at early morning programme meetings) and the complex nature of this unique programme.

The successful candidate will become an Employed Consultant of Hyphen and will work onsite for our Client, a Global Insurance and Pensions Company.

This is a 6 month fixed term contract.
