Overall Deliverables
Gather requirements and produce design, Guide implementation of a new solution to deliver change management process automation and support to my large FMCG clients business process centre of excellence group.
Specific Skills
1) Requirements gathering with business users and technical experts
2) Producing Solution/System design from the requirements
3) Creating an information architecture, technical architecture, from the requirements
4) Creating a technical deployment plan for the solution
5) Guding the solutions implementation team through the implementation phase
6) Understanding of change management processes and how they apply to a global, enterprise-class organisation
7) Experience of installing, configuring and running document management systems, workflow platforms
8) Experience of integrating platforms such as document management and workflow to create an end to end application from such components
9) Understand of SAP solution manager, transport management, and change control within SAP
10) Experiened with of eFlow, Sharepoint, Mega, Solman, given our footprint and potential solution candidates
