Description
Facility Support Administrator is required for a leading Defence and Security Company in Boscome to play a key role in an important training facility on a part time basis. You will work with the Chief Instructor of the Air & Medical training school supporting the administration and coordination of training courses.
Main duties will include:
- The arranging of equipment, venues and support for courses including hosting and escorting of external students
- Maintenance of computer based training records and the issuing of notification of renewals.
- The administration of confidential medical records
- Acting as front of house and assisting internal and external customers
The successful candidate will have the ability to confidently communicate with people of high stature and be able to work without supervision. Ability to learn new skills, adapt to changing procedures and remain calm under pressure. Competent in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Experience of SAP management software and be familiar with military conventions would be beneficial but not essential.
