Description
We are looking for several C#/ASP.NET Developer to work at our multinational client in Stockholm/Sweden.
Expected tasks and deliverables by the Consultants
- Implement interfaces to other systems.
- Maintain the code base and fix bugs as reported.
- Implement and coordinate development activities with external partners.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of test activities to ensure an acceptable quality.
- Report to the head of the development group.
Educational and experience
- University degree with minimum 4 years experience in IT
- Experience with agile software development (for instance, Scrum) or other iterative development processes (for instance, RUP);
Competences and skills
- Profound experience with system maintenance, further development and refactoring.
- Excellent knowledge of C# and the .NET framework
- Excellent knowledge of ASP.NET
- Experience in Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and Entity Framework (EF) in .NET 4.
- Experience with implementation of SOAP and web services
- Good Knowledge on Microsoft Team Foundation Server;
- Good Knowledge on relational databases (Microsoft SQL);
- Profiency in Unified Modelling Language (UML);
- Experience of SharePoint is advantageous
- Experience with data-oriented and metadata-driven systems advantageous.
- Experience with surveillance and/or laboratory data is advantageous
Candidates must have a passport of an EU member state or a valid work permit for Sweden
