Essential responsibilities
The candidate will assume responsibility for all Operational aspects of the Job function in respect to on-going support of the relevant PCBs, driving operational excellence through improvements in process capability, quality performance.
Responsibilities in the role will include:
*Manage resource requirements to support execution of Operational Plan & N.P.I. requirements.
*Create & Own Process/Product Improvement Plans for designated areas of responsibility.
*Create Training & Development plans of Production/Engineering Resource.
*Liaise with N.P.I lead to establish future operational requirements.
*Identify, justify and submit future capital requirements.
*Own review of departmental Policies & Procedures.
Qualifications/Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a manufacturing environment, which may be supported with a diploma/degree in a manufacturing or related subject. The individual is expected to be highly self-motivated, focused and who is capable of developing and executing on their commitments. The individual must be able to communicate and lead effectively within a Matrix organisation.
He/she must also be able to present evidence of:

*Success orientated mentality
*Ability to influence and lead others.
*Effectively manage multiple projects/programmes.
Desired Characteristics:
- Experience with MyData Surface Mount Machines
- Experience with Solder Screen/Jet Printing Machines
- Utilised KAPES Build Manual System
