Description
Marketing Director required to lead, develop and deliver all aspects of the Direct business for a well know retail organisation. Your role will be to grow both sales and profitability and ensure that all the client's on-line businesses (existing and new) are world class. You will be accountable for developing and implementing the operational strategy to increase Internet retailing (both sales and profit), working in conjunction with key business leaders. Your role will involve developing the operating model to deliver efficient, world class businesses in a cost-effective and timely manner and leading the design of the changes required to improve performance. You will be required to deliver a clear strategy and vision to increase and improve the client's on-line presence, ensure all key stakeholders, including the multi-channel change team, are aligned to the strategy and vision. Ultimately, you will support the delivery of a profitable on-line operating model. Please note that it is essential for applicants to have multi-channel and retail experience for this position.
