QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration and engineering
- Knowledge of VMware 3.x-5.0
- Administration and engineering skills for all Windows services including AD, WINS, DNS, DFS, and DHCP
- Knowledge of File Servers (NT, 2000, XP 2003, 2008)
- Working knowledge and experience with Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM), HP Insight Manager, Dell OpenManager, Netbackup, Active Directory, LDAP Directory services, Domain Name Services (DNS), Windows Internet Name Service (WINS), and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP)
- Knowledge of LAN transmission protocols preferred
- Strong understanding of data communication concepts and network/software configuration management
- Strong written and verbal communication, as well as, organization and documentation skills
- Strong customer service skills to deliver quality results in a demanding environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and within short time constraints
