OVERVIEW:
- Investigate customer issues in the CRM online service
- Identify potential solutions
- Open bugs as necessary
- Follow defined steps for certain types of problem resolution
- Execute automated smoke tests
- Investigate test failures
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years of related testing, development and/or database experience
- Understanding of web service calls in order to troubleshoot failures
- Ability to query and script Transact SQL required
- C#/.Net programming familiarity to investigate failures (analysing call stacks, looking at source code, etc.)
- Ability to communicate and coordinate efforts with others to investigate issues and implement fixes
- Experience with CRM and/or SCOM a plus
