Overview:

Our client, a major UK retail bank, requires the services of an Implementation Manager, who has experience within retail banking. You will be required to perform complex customer's migrations and migration of mortgages from Borrowers to UFSS

Core duties of the role:

  • Manage the implementation stage of integration projects.
  • Establish/Validate programme level readiness criteria - collating readiness requirements from units within Business Services.
  • Management of pre-implementation readiness criteria
  • Manage implementation at Go-Live
  • Management support during incident/warranty period

Core skills and experience required:

10 years' experience software development/project management, Experience of working within large scale blue chip programmes, Management of stakeholders

Desirable Skills

Finance Experience preferred, Documentation related projects
