Internal Business Engagement (Training) GFT is seeking a Business Engagement Manager to support the development and implementation of Learning & Development strategies for our client, a Fortune 100 IT corporation. The department works with internal EMEAR region Business Groups to identify training needs and create and implement effective learning strategies.

This includes:
- Advising on cost effective learning strategies
- Translating business needs into skills requirements
- Identifying skills and knowledge gaps
- Setting learning objectives
- Developing a learning programs
- Manage the delivery of programs

The role requires the ability to build and manage a Learning & Development-related business function, and to influence, inspire and motivate others at all levels in the organization. This should include over 3 years' experience in a learning & development and/or organization development, and Skills in Business Consultancy, Executive Engagement, Meeting Facilitation, Presentation Skills, Negotiation Skills, Influencing Skills & Programme Management. In addition you need to be independent, self-motivated, flexible, able work well with in virtual team and have strong networking skills. This is good role for somebody looking to work for a dynamic world leading organisation. The work can be performed from Paris, Middlesex, Amsterdam or other European locations.
