Temporary Help - SR. Technical Writer in support of Klick. Looking for local resources - Valley Cottage, New York (just north of the city) for at least 160 hours (4 weeks).Looking for is someone that will be able to document the implementation process that will be leveraged for finance/banking accounts. There are several existing steps to the implementation process that will be leveraged (and there are checklists that already exist for these tasks) More comprehensive documentation (a manual) is needed for new hires that will be supporting the migration of these lockboxes accounts.
This technical writer will document the process for using the new one button setup tool that is being customized for this project as well as all the end to end steps that are needed to successfully implement a Wholesale account. The created user manual/guide should clearly articulate each step that has to be followed to complete the setup.
There may be some follow-up QA after the box is programmed and testing is underway, there are several tasks that must be completed prior to go live to document the processing instructions and prepare the signoff documentation for Production and Finance (billing). The documentation/manual will likely require tweaks throughout the early stages of these efforts.
