A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst to work within a global HR transformation programme involving the global design and implementation of new processes, systems and delivery model across the bank. A Business Analyst is required to investigate and analyse business activities with the aim of improving the efficiency and designing better solutions.
To be successful for this role, you must be a strong BA with solid track record of working within large HR transformation programme and must have strong requirements gathering and "AS IS" - "TO BE" or process modelling skills. Also, you must have strong experience in SAP specialising in the Human Capital Management.
