Requirements:
* Extensive experience in a software industry
* Background in software development
* Minimum of 4 years Software Project Management experience.
* Proven success in delivering multiple projects simultaneously on time, on budget and within quality specifications
* Experience in contributing to project management process maturity
* Excellent working knowledge of agile software development life cycles, cutting edge technology within a cutting edge environment
* Direct line management experience of technical resources
* Experience in coaching and mentoring technical resources
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and establish relationships effectively within a large organisation
* Degree or equivalent in a related engineering or computer science discipline
* Project management methodologies
* Risk and Issue management
* Leadership and team co-ordination
* Performance management
