Senior Test Analyst/Test Lead - Banking - Project Manager
A leading Retail Bank based in Halifax is seeking a Senior Test Analyst/Test Lead to work on a complex project, which offers the opportunity to work with senior level professionals in a highly respected organisation. This is a business change role not a technical/IT position.
The purpose of the role/is to manage a team to deliver the business testing for a small project or workstream within a larger project. They are responsible for ensuring that the solution achieves the outcome defined by the project scope, requirements and business solution design.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills within financial services (ideally retail banking):
Senior Test Analyst has previous experience of change project delivery
Involved in multiple stages of the project life cycle including business testing
Competent in the basic skills of project management
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of banking and financial products and associated legislation and regulation.
As well as proven experience on a large scale programme within a banking environment.
