Our client is looking for QA Manager for 6-12 months contract
Strong IT experience 3-4 years of experience Managing Test activities, SIT, End to end
Identifies & assigns appropriate roles to team membersTracks competency gaps that exist among team members & ensures that relevant learning/appropriate tasks are assigned
Prepares or revise project plan, budget/effort and schedules
Banking Domain ( BFS) specifically in Cash Management, Payment systems
Contributed and provides advice on Test strategy
Reviews test strategy. Test plan and test results
Interacts with management in getting the required resources for the Test team
Consults with the Test Lead on resources, schedule and milestones
Interacts with the Development Manager in exchanging status and resolving all concerns, issues.
Manage or Liaise with Business test Analysts for managing test activities
Plan, monitor and report testing activities
Resolve issues/disputes and hoc requests
Procures tools and training for them
Aim for continuous process improvement
Worked with Quality Center or ALM
Excellent communication skills
