Resourcing Specialist
Our top corporate client is looking to appoint a Resourcing Specialist (Procurement/Corporate) to provide support on succession planning and work with senior stakeholders to produce manpower plans and forecast as required to support resourcing strategies.
Furthermore the ideal Resourcing Specialist will manage the corporate succession database and tools, develop analysis of manpower and succession issues, use analyses depicting relevant trends and needs to highlight issues (such as succession shortfalls) and effective database management.

The ideal Resourcing Specialist will have the following Essential Skills and Experience:
*Human Resourcing Specialist
*Excellent communicator able to influence up to director level
*Advanced strategic planning and analytical reasoning skills
*Advanced Microsoft office and in particular Excel Skills
*Proven ability in volume recruitment (50 + vacancies at a time)
*Advanced Procurement experience

The ideal Resourcing Specialist will also have the following Desirable Skills and Experience:
*Educated to degree level
