Description
PMO SAP Integration Consultant is urgently required for a Prestigious Client based in Saudi Arabia.
BASIC PURPOSE:
The SAP Integration Consultant is a SAP Solutions Architect that will be part of a Project Management Office (PMO) Project Delivery Unit team working with all SAP functional leads for supporting the implementation of SAP projects ensuing compliance with established standards and guidelines
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Interact with all levels of management to understand business needs, identify required technical solutions and assist in solution implementation
- Develop/maintain a disciplined methodology to all phases of SAP project implementation
- Contribute to the development of consistent migration objectives, strategies, and tactical plans to achieve them.
- Provide mentoring/coaching to team of functional consultants
- Architect solutions for scale, simplicity, security and use existing standard functionality to follow a SAP vanilla implementation for industry best practices; limit modifications and customizations to the SAP software and database including to augment master data resources for implementations and enhancements.
- Works with SAP functional leads and project managers to provide solutions consistent with company computing platform standards and SAP standards.
- Assist with capacity planning and future growth assessments of all SAP systems.
- Advise on defining and documenting the structure, connections, and relationships of business processes, organizational work groups, SAP data models, SAP applications, user interfaces, applications interfaces, and SAP infrastructure.
- Coordinate with SAP functional staff providing standards, guidelines and statements of direction of company for SAP architecture, establishing a framework that constrains the design for the purpose of implementing a SAP vanilla implementation for industry best practices.
- Manage business and technical deliverables to the project budget and timeline throughout the various project phases.
- Develop and document project plans, budgets and schedules. Identify and document the roles, tasks, and responsibilities of the project teams.
- Maintain open communication lines among project managers and SAP functional leads.
CRITICAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.
- Experience with at least three full life cycles of SAP application project implementation or leadership role on at least 2 full life cycle implementations
- Certification in at least one SAP module
YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of 12 years relevant job experience with 6 years' experience in one or more of the following SAP areas: HR, FICO, MM/SRM, PM/PS/TD/NF, ISU, MSS/ESS and portal implementations. Preference will be given to a qualified Saudi National.
