I am recruiting for a UK governmental organization facilitating business growth.
During the Olympics Game this organization will run a programme of conferences, events and networking opportunities for British and international businesses.
Candidate must be Security Cleared!
The job holder will report to the Head of the Olympics Campaign and work across a number of functional and specialist teams including press & media, digital, sector teams, sponsors and the Olympic Delivery Network to deliver a range of integrated communications activities.
Deliverables:
-Development and management of programme narrative and Q&As
-Collateral production for the events and wider activity
-Content generation for websites, social media, delegate packs, thought-leadership articles and media packs
-Identification and write up of case studies used across different channels
-Liaison with sector teams, working in collaboration with sector marketing managers
-Liaison with regional and international teams
-Design and delivery of Olympics-related GREAT material
-Delivery of the British Business Club communication activity
-Supporting and delivery of sponsor marketing activity
-Provision of content and materials to regions and international Posts
-Advice, guidance and support for regional and international activity during Games time
-Identifying key stakeholders (individuals, bodies and multipliers) to use as a conduit to UK and international businesses
-Developing appropriate messaging for use by stakeholders
-Stakeholder briefings
-Developing content for use by stakeholders across their media and platforms
-Supporting content development/messaging for internal comms
-Feeding into internal weekly and fortnightly bulletins
-Media and communications support during Games time
