Description
Morpheus is currently looking to talk with Change Communications professionals about an interim opportunity with a leading precision healthcare equipment organisation. The company are currently undergoing a large change initiative and require a communications lead to join the programme.
You will be required to design, implement and lead the communications roadmap strategy in line with the change programme, providing expert guidance and a tailored approach on what, when and to whom information is communicated.
Due to the multi-national nature of the company, experience in delivering complex change communication projects within an international context is paramount. A strong understanding of European communications legislation and council regulations is therefore a requirement. Prior experience working with unions is also desirable.
This role may suit an Internal/External Communications professional with solid experience within a multi-national organisation but we are especially keen to hear from those from process-driven industries - pharmaceutical, chemical, scientific sectors.
The role will be based in the Midlands but will require occasional travel to one of the many European sites.
