Ihre Aufgaben:
- The Solution Architect (SA) will be responsible for the design and implementation of billing solution including governance of the SOA architecture (Service Oriented Architecture).
- Continuously identify areas of improvement in the Solutions Framework and take initiatives to new approaches to optimize our existing processes.
- The Solution Architect is primary responsible for all aspects of architectural engineering of the Billing System.
- TheSolution Architect is responsible for the interrelated architecture of the Billing System (RBM from netcracker) including the integrity of design, communications, interfaces between application subsystems and supporting databases.
Ihre Qualifikation
- Provide strong knowledge and solid experience in Billing System processes (preferably RBM from Convergys/netcracker) in combination with a solid experience in Billing & CRM for Telcos (eTOM Model preferably).
- Identify and understand the integration points of the Billing solution and create a strategy for data migration and federation.
- Capture requirements and interpret technical requirements and business needs into a solution.
- Identify business transitioning points and contribute to the "go-live" plan.
- Be clearly identified as the senior technical lead on an assigned project - provide technical direction and mentoring for all related project resources.
- During implementation and deployment, be a part of technical governance to ensure technical viability of any change control and monitor technical progress of the project to support timescales.
- Strong experience as a senior technical member of a project or team, ideally working as an architect for telecoms.
- Demonstrable experience as a technical team lead on complex business transformation projects (preferably in the telecommunications sector).
- Knowledge of telecom Billing systems is a must (preferably RBM from Convergys/netcracker or BSCS, Kenan, etc.).
- Language: English (must) and German.
