Description
We are looking for an Infrastructure Consultant to work with the European Parliament in the field of LAN added value services for the Unified Communications Project. The area of expertise - voice, video and messaging unified communication.
The candidate should be an expert in the following fields:
- IP Telephony protocols and architectures (SIP, SCCP, RTP, SRTP )
- VoIP Network protocols including QoS
- Videoconferencing and telepresence protocols and architectures (H323, ISDN, SIP,GW, GK, MCU )
- Voice and mail messaging solutions (Unity, Exchange )
- Call centre IVR and voice recording solutions
- Internal and public mobile communication solutions
- Webvoice video and conferencing solution
- Unified communication (LDAP, AD, H350, XML, OCS, CUCM, CUPS, CUMA )
- Voice and video phone proxying
- Relocation to Luxembourg
Good to have:
- Legacy and public telephony technologies - QSIG, Routing Plan, Billing,
- FAX seervices and solutions (MFD, RightFax, Fax Over IP, T38)
- Traffic encryption (HTTPS, IPSee, GRE..)
- Network traffic segregation (Vlan, VRF, MPLS, trunking )
- Operation management and service reporting
- Related protocol, standards and/or associated technologies
- Basic French
