Description
Aston Carter is asked to search for multiple Sourcing Specialists/Expert Buyers. Your involvement is requested for an initial period of 3 months. You could start ASAP. Work location is Brussels.
Context:
You are active within the Sourcing Department in the following areas: Global Sourcing.
Responsibilities:
* Spent analysis of assigned commodities
* Propose efficient and effective approaches to address projects in the short and in the long run
* Develop commodity strategies
* Negotiation and renegotiation of new or existing contracts
* Manage the relationship with the internal customer
Competences:
* Profound and wide experience within Sourcing and Procurement of which part within the domain of Global Sourcing
* In depth view and experience with Strategic Sourcing and managing Supplier relations
* Can independently run and steer Sourcing projects
* Ability to influence and defend proposals towards higher management
* Excellent negotiator
* Experience Contract management
* Flexible and motivated, a driver
* Entrepreneur, customer and result driven
* Team player
* Languages: Dutch, French, English
