Job: IT Services Delivery Manager
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Clare

A large, established organisation have a immediate vacancy for a proven Service Delivery Manager to be based in Shannon, Co. Clare. This is a 2 year contract role with view to permanency.

Reporting to the Head of IT, you will coordinate, deliver and maintain reliable and high performing services across a range of systems in the organisation. You will manage IT resources to ensure effective 1st and 2nd line support and you will also liaise with 3rd party vendors, managing agreed KPI's to ensure service level is met. As delivery manager, the service delivery model and management of, will be your main responsibility.

I would like to speak to IT professionals with a proven background in leading and managing IT teams, expertise in service delivery (preferably in a multinational) and a broad IT technical knowledge. A strong business focus as well as excellent people development skills are needed.
