Description
Our client is a super high-visibility computer components brand seeking a candidate with strong experience creating SharePoint sites and adding content. (Programming of SharePoint not required.)
This is a new group within the organization of 1340 employees in need of a centralized web presence based on org structure and strategic direction. The SharePoint Developer in this role will also migrate the contents of previous SharePoint sites to SharePoint 2010.
This candidate must be motivated to organize content to be migrated, provide vision for the website, and make contacts for gathering content to be added.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to turn vision into a website
- Very strong experience with navigation infrastructure
- Ability to create simple enough infrastructure for occasional users to edit and update the content
- Visual Basic skills to allow navigation from images such as PDF's
