Our client is looking for a unique skill-set. They require a Technical Project Manager who has knowledge of the WebSphere Customer Center and/or MDM product suite.

You will be required to manage and liaise with all internal and external stakeholders, therefore the ability to build and maintain good relationships is critical.

Experience and skills:
  • At least 5 years of proven Technical Leadership and/or Project Management experience.
  • Knowledge of the WebSphere Customer Center suite is essential.
  • Knowledge of MDM migrations would be highly desirable.
  • Excellent technical problem solving skills.
  • Highly motivated, fair and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and oral.
  • Be focused on customer service.
  • Strong understanding of the WCC technology and project management principles.
