Our leading client are looking for a Voice Project Coordinator for a 6 month contract to be based in Belgium.
The role of the voice project coordinator will comprise 2 main responsibilities:
- The day-2-day management of a team of 7 telecoms technicians who perform the simple service request activity (MACD) and phone inventory management related to EMEA Voice G7 PBX infrastructure performed by the dedicated onsite voice technicians for the covered sites.
- The project delivery management of assigned EMEA voice service requests related to the EMEA Voice G7 PBX infrastructure.
Detailed roles & responsibilities of this voice Project Coordinator are:
- Ensures a consistent and seamless execution of simple service requests across the region or covered sites.
- Takes care of work schedules, workload to guarantee timely completion of assigned requests according to agreed service levels.
- Single point of contact and first point of escalation for all activity performed by the dedicated onsite voice tech
- Coaches the team of dedicated voice tech.
- Identifies on the job training needs. Guarantees timely completion of compliance related duties and/or trainings
- Ensures consistent phone Inventory Management across the covered sites and will present related reports to stakeholders.
- Liaison with other telecom teams, IT support and other business personal to ensure that telecoms needs are addressed and supported in a consistent way across the sites and countries.
- Liaison with cabling vendor to ensure smooth cooperation.
- Takes care of and presents mutually agreed recurring reporting related to performance and activity of the team.
Minimum Qualifications
- ITIL V3 qualification - Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with the coaching of an (international) team
- Possessing technical knowledge of telecommunication networks.
- Positive attitude and good customer serving skills.
Additional Qualifications:
- Expertise in the design, implementation and maintenance of Voice PBX solutions
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related field
- Competent in software/hardware troubleshooting required.
- Experience with the pharmaceutical business is a clear advantage.
