Senior Communications Manager, Banking, Global HR
*Champion best communications practice and build the reputation of the HR function.
*Lead on global campaign communications for:
*Global People Survey
*Performance management
*Talent management
*Plan and deliver communications within the HR function in support of Global Campaigns
*Manage HR change communications projects as required
Key Skills:
Stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work confidently and effectively with senior executives and across geographies
Ability to translate communications plans into solid, practical delivery programmes
First class writing and editing skills and experience working with video, intranets and other multimedia.
Strong presentation skills, including confidence to speak at senior meetings and at large events
Strong self-organisation and project management skills, drive and energy
An understanding of the factors that need to be taken into account when communicating across cultures and geographies inside a global corporation
