SAS DI Expert- 6 month, Brussels
For one of our clients we are looking for a SAS DI Expert. It is a 6 month contract with extensions to follow. You will have to convert data to industry standards using advanced SAS techniques and invent, develop and maintain new solutions for improved business.
Main responsibilities include:
*Analyzing the content, structure and format of source data;
*Developing conversion jobs using Base SAS/SAS Data Integration Studio;
*Quality Control of project deliverables;
*Proactively identifying and tracking issues and coordinating the resolution.
*Programming & maintaining department system applications (mostly JAVA/SAS);
*Coordinating the functionality of internal tools;
*Maintaining awareness of current features & new developments in SAS
*Training, Mentoring & Operating Procedures
*Participate and contribute in project/team meetings
Your profile:
* SAS programming skills is a must, one or more of the following programming languages is a strong asset: C++, JAVA, C#, PHP.
* 5 to 15 years' experience on SAS Data Integration Studio, SAS Base and SAS Macro
* Very good verbal and written English skills, French or Dutch is an asset
* Master in IT, or equivalent by experience
